This private executive‑style 18‑hole course plays par 69 over approximately 4,873 yards from back tees. It was designed by William Maddox with a renovation by Gordon G. Lewis in 2021. Greens are Bermuda grass, with fairways also Bermuda and occasionally bent variations. Course conditions are consistently excellent, with defined fairways, small undulating greens and guarding bunkers. Water hazards challenge on 11–13 holes, adding strategy and interest.
Slope and rating vary by tee: blue tees slope 113 with rating 63.6; gold tees slope about 105 and rating near 60. Signature hole #1 is a 315‑yard par 4 requiring an over‑water approach shot to the green. Layout includes three par 5s, nine par 4s and six par 3s offering variety. Overall, the course is flat, walkable and well suited to all skill levels.
Quail Village Greens Fees and Membership Costs
Daily guest green fees vary seasonally and include cart fees depending on the guest type. From November–April, guests pay around $63 for 18 holes, $34 for nine holes. Off-season (May–October) rates drop to about $32 for 18 and $17 for nine. Walk‑only guest rates are approximately $18.50 throughout the year. Members pay cart fees per round unless they hold cart pass or trail cart privileges.
Membership options include introductory, annual, intermediate and equity categories. Full annual membership dues are $3,670 single or $4,000 family per year. Intermediate Golf Membership dues under age 63 are half that—$1,835 single or $2,000 family. One‑time joining fee is $1,000 for introductory or equity starting at $1,500 (50 % refundable). Optional cart passes cost $1,675 annually or trail cart fee $1,300; daily cart rate about $19.50.
