The course rating is approximately 73.1, with a slope rating near 137. Fairways and greens are planted in Sea Dwarf Paspalum grass, ideal for coastal Florida conditions. Course conditions are consistently rated excellent by players.
There are approximately 9 water-hazard holes and multiple bunkers scattered throughout the layout. Signature holes include the visually striking 10th, often noted for dramatic landscaping and water features. The championship tees extend to 7,001 yards, with alternate tees ranging down to about 4,979 yards.
