The Club at Mediterra features two championship 18‑hole golf courses. Architect Tom Fazio designed both courses in early 2000s. Fairways and greens use Platinum Paspalum grass for consistent year‑round conditions. The South course plays roughly 7,075 yards with slope 135 and rating 74.2 from championship tees. Course maintenance is meticulous, bunkers refreshed, greens restored, irrigation improved in recent renovation.
The North course measures approximately 6,940 yards, slope 133, rating 73.2 from longest tees. Par is 72 on both courses; numerous strategically placed bunkers and water holes challenge golfers. Water hazards border several holes, doglegs and fairways integrate wetlands. Signature South hole seven is a dramatic par‑5 with fairway bunker and right‑side water hazard. Both courses are Audubon Silver Signature sanctuaries, emphasizing natural preserves and wetlands.

Daily green fees for non-members vary by season and availability. Cart fees are separate and quoted per round. Members with full Golf membership pay no green fees. Sports & Beach members pay green fees when playing outside included rounds. Guests of members also pay standard daily green and cart fees.
Initiation for a full Golf membership is $250,000. Annual Golf dues run about $25,000. Sports & Beach membership initiation is around $125,000 with $9,000 yearly dues.
