Description of TwinEagles Golf Courses
Talon is a championship-caliber course renovated in 2021 by Jack Nicklaus and Jack Nicklaus II. The course plays on Bermuda grass fairways and greens. It stretches to about 7,193 yards from back tees with a par of 72. The slope ranges up to approximately 142, and the course rating is around 74.9.
Eagle was designed by Steve Smyers with renovation in 2011, featuring geometric greens and strategic bunkering. The course presents elevated, unique greens with Bermuda turf on greens and fairways. It measures approximately 7,634 yards, plays to par 72, and has a slope of about 153.
TwinEagles Greens Fees and Membership Costs
Member cart fees cost around $26 per round. Walkers pay a separate walking fee. Guest and renter fees vary seasonally. Greens fees apply for non‑golf members and guests. Fees change by use and season.
Full golf initiation is approximately $150,000. Annual golf dues are around $16,853. Other membership categories (sports, social) cost less. Fees include operating, capital, and assessments. Members enjoy unlimited golf and club privileges.
TwinEagles Golfing Staff and Members
The Head Golf Professional is Rich Ter Haar, PGA, overseeing all golf operations. Director of Player Development is Tom Patri, PGA, guiding member improvement.
