Description of Tiburón Golf Courses

Gold Course is an 18-hole, parkland-style championship layout designed by Greg Norman. It plays to a Par 72 over 7,382 yards from the championship tees. The course rating is 76.0 with a slope of 137. It features coquina shell waste bunkers, stacked sod-wall bunkers, plus water hazards on many holes. Conditions are immaculate with molded fairways and fast Bermuda greens, and water is in play on thirteen holes.

Black Course is another Greg Norman-designed 18-hole championship layout. It measures 6,949 yards from the tips, also playing to a Par 72. Its rating is 74.0 with a steep slope of 145. The layout is tighter and more tree-lined than Gold, abundant bunkers and strategic water hazards. Play is challenging and scenic, with pristine conditioning and dramatic risk-reward shot options.

Tiburón Greens Fees and Membership Costs

Tiburón’s per-player rates vary from $99 to $500 depending on season and package. A $40 rider fee applies for non-playing guests. One stay-and-play package includes golf, cart, and club storage for about $45. At least one source estimates around $79 for the Black Course on weekdays. Rates depend on time, package type, and participant category.

Tiburón offers a Signature Membership with a $45,000 initiation fee and $6,180 annual dues. Associate Club Membership requires $130,000 initiation fee plus $15,849 yearly dues.
