The layout stretches up to about 7,019 yards from the championship tees. The slope is 132 with a rating of 74.3 on the longest tees. Its par is 72 and offers playability for all handicap levels.

The course includes numerous bunkers, waste bunkers, and abundant lakes and water hazards. From the championship tees, there are approximately 50 water hazards and many sand traps. The design weaves around natural preserves and estuaries, blending play with scenery. Conditions are meticulously maintained, with lush fairways and greens in top form.
