Jonathan’s Landing Golf Club offers three championship golf courses designed by Gil Hanse, Tom Fazio, and Beau Welling. The Village course features a unique ferry-boat ride across the Intracoastal Waterway. The complex includes a 13,000 sq ft wellness center, spa, fitness facilities, and group classes. Members enjoy 10 Har-Tru tennis courts and six pickleball courts. Two distinct properties include scenic preserve settings at Old Trail and a vibrant Village clubhouse.

The Medal (Old Trail) course is a Tom Fazio-designed championship layout offering pristine Bermuda grass greens and fairways. Its scorecard plays to a challenging 7,005 yards from the blue tees, with a slope of 137 and rating of 74.1, par 72. Conditions are consistently excellent, with fast greens and well-groomed fairways. It features numerous bunkers and water hazards shaping strategy on several holes. Its signature hole includes the stunning ferry-ride 17th at the Village Course, delivering a unique memorable experience.
The Match Course at Old Trail, originally by Arthur Hills, was reimagined by Gil Hanse and Jim Wagner in 2021. It offers a par-71 layout stretching roughly 6,301 yards, with a slope of 130 and rating of 70.9. Design emphasizes water hazards, bold bunkering, strategic corridors, and varied greens for compelling play. Signature hole number 2, a dramatic par-5 of about 530 yards, features a sweeping water hazard and penal fairway bunker. Conditions reflect a modern re-design, balancing creativity and competitive challenge.
The Village Course is a Tom Fazio and Andy Banfield-designed layout originally opened in 1978 and renovated in 2024. It plays as an 18-hole par-71, measuring about 6,213 yards from the longest tees. It uses Bermuda greens and fairways, with greens now TifEagle Bermuda and fairways Bimini Bermuda. It features a course rating around 70.6–71.5 and a slope between 122 and 131, depending on tee. Conditions are strategic and playable, offering fast, well-groomed surfaces with newly redesigned bunkers and drainage.
Jonathan’s Landing Greens Fees and Membership Costs
Daily green and cart fees for members cost $35 plus tax per person for 18 holes and $18 plus tax for 9 holes. Guest rates vary: accompanied family guests pay $80 per round, accompanied guests $125, and unaccompanied guests face $300. Trail or cart ownership entails annual fees—$1,900 for cart owners and $3,100 for non-cart owners. Members pay trail fees but still owe per-person cart fees for their guests. All fees are subject to 7% Florida tax and may change without notice.
Initiation for Golf Membership in 2024 is $150,000 non-refundable, with $5,000 refundable; annual dues are $18,753 for families and $15,940 for singles. Executive Membership initiation is $50,000 non-refundable, with $5,000 refundable; dues total $9,377 for families and $7,970 for singles. Capital Reserve and Project Fees apply—$1,989 and $1,622 respectively for Golf Membership. Higher tiers like Equity and Non-Refundable join fees also apply under different membership levels. All membership financials are current as of January 1, 2024 and subject to change.

The General Manager is Joe DiPasquantonio, with Brian Corbitt as Director of Golf and Jared Werner serving as Head Golf Professional. Brad Nelson oversees course conditions as the Golf Superintendent. Neil Lockie was honored as PGA Southeast Chapter’s “Golf Professional of the Year” in 2017. The club features an expansive driving range, Himalayan-style putting green, and a par-three practice hole. It earned recognition on Golf Digest’s “Best Transformations of 2023” for its Match Course redesign.
