It plays about 7,150 yards from the championship tees, par 72, with a slope of 142 and course rating around 74.4. The course maintains well-groomed TifEagle greens and Bermuda fairways, producing consistent, firm conditions year-round. It features numerous bunkers (over 100) and multiple water hazards that challenge shot placement on many holes. Signature holes include the back-nine par-5 12th and dramatic par-3 14th over water.
The front nine includes tight corridors through native pines and strategic bunkering. The par-4 4th is considered demanding, with complex contours and sand framing. The elevated par-5 8th plays long with water flanking the landing zone. On the back nine, the par-4 18th closes with a challenging approach over bunkers before the green.
