Bocaire Golf Course
The Bocaire golf course is a parkland-style layout redesigned with dramatic mounding and landscape features. Its original architect was Joe Lee, but recent renovations were credited to Kipp Schulties, adding modern contouring. The course uses TifGrand Bermuda fairways for lush, consistent lie and fast roll conditions. Well-maintained greens and fairways yield firm play, while bunkers and water hazards are kept in precise condition. The layout demands accuracy, yet remains enjoyable for varied skill levels.
The course plays as a par 72 with multiple tee options; from Gold tees it stretches about 6,795 yards, slope 139, rating ~73.3. Bocaire Guest, Greens and Cart Fees

For 9 holes, guest green fees ranged from $20 to $27.50. Guest cart fees historically were $10 for 9 holes and $20 for 18 holes.
