Osprey Point Golf Courses

Osprey Point is a public 27-hole championship golf facility with three nines: Falcon, Hawk and Raven. It was designed by Roy Case and Jeff Grossman in 2010. The turf—fairways, tees and greens—is Seashore Paspalum (sometimes called “environmental turf grass”). Course conditions are generally well kept, with smooth greens and groomed fairways. Practice facilities include a full driving range, putting and chipping greens for warmups and instruction.

One 18-hole combination (Hawk/Raven) plays about 6,742 yards from the back tees, with par 72, rating 71.6, slope 131. Across all three nines there are roughly 35 bunkers and 34 water hazards. Signature holes include Hawk’s reachable par-5 6th and the dramatic par-3 8th over water. Raven’s #5 is a demanding 600-yard par-5 with forced carries and narrowing fairways. Falcon is considered the most demanding of the three, with tight lines and penal trouble on errant shots.

Osprey Point Guest, Greens and Cart Fees

Guests at Osprey Point pay daily green fees that vary by season and tee time. In peak season, the 18-hole rate with cart is about $46.73 for standard play. Walking rates are lower, around $35.31 without cart. The course offers discounted rates for the Frequent Player Card (FPC) holders. Twilight or later tee times often get a reduced surge or “all you play” rate.

Cart fees are bundled in many daily rates, though single-rider carts may incur extra charges. Handicap-accessible carts are available by request with advance notice. Guests walking the course must arrange prior approval to avoid carts. The facility often adjusts cart policies depending on traffic and course conditions. Always confirm cart availability when booking your tee time.
