Royal Palm Golf Course
The Royal Palm course is a private 18-hole championship layout originally by Robert Trent Jones, Sr. and later renovated by Jack Nicklaus Design. It features fairways of Celebration Bermuda and greens of Celebration Bermuda / TifEagle grass, maintained in pristine condition year-round. The back tees stretch to 7,116 yards, with a course rating of 75.1 and slope of 141 from the black tees. It plays to par 72, with five par fives offering bold risk-reward opportunities and several par threes over water. Strategically placed bunkers and water holes edge many greens, with the par-5 holes often cited as signature challenges.
One of its most famed holes is a long par-5 reachable in two only for bold hitters, offering dramatic water carry. Another signature is a risk-reward par-4 guarded by bunkers left and water right, demanding precise tee shots. The greens are well protected, often by deep bunkers or water, elevating strategic demands. The renovated layout also added waste bunkers and larger landing zones to enhance visual drama.
