The Dye Preserve is a challenging regulation-length private golf course designed by Pete Dye with Bobby Weed. It plays 18 holes at approximately 7,020 yards, par 72. The slope is about 140 with a course rating around 74.6 from the middle tees. Greens are TifEagle and fairways are Bermuda grass. Conditions are consistently excellent, rewarding creativity without excessively penal play.
Numerous bunkers and wetlands frame holes, with elevated greens that demand precision. The par-4 4th hole, toughest (#1 handicap), stretches about 467 yards. The long par-4 9th and variety of yardages test every club in your bag. The short but bold par-4 14th sheds the usual bunker, emphasizing uneven lies.
