Description of Collier’s Reserve Golf Course
The golf course is an 18-hole private parkland layout designed by Arthur Hills with Steve Forrest and Drew Rogers. It plays as par 72, stretching 6,744 yards from the longest tees with a slope rating of 144. Mid-length tees feature a course rating of 73.2 and a slope around 141. Fairways and greens are maintained to exceptional Florida conditioning standards. The course opened in 1993 and earned Audubon Signature Sanctuary designation for environmental efforts.
Numerous bunkers and water hazards are integrated throughout the layout to enhance difficulty and strategy. Water is in play on almost every hole, including 9, 11, 12, 17, and 18. The signature par-5 11th and par-4 9th showcase marsh, lake views, and strategic bunkering. Greens have subtle contours requiring precise approach shots and confident putting. The course receives high praise for grass quality and consistent overall conditions.
Collier’s Reserve Golf Greens Fees and Membership Costs
Collier’s Reserve does not offer daily public green or cart fees—play is members only. Guests must be accompanied and sponsored by current members to access golf. No published casual play rates are available to non-members. Private golf carts are permitted with payment of an annual trail fee. Members may choose club-owned carts or use their own with proper registration.
Golf membership initiation fee is approximately $200,000 for full club access. Annual dues for golf members are estimated around $22,400. Sports social memberships cost about $80,000 to join and $15,232 annually. Membership categories vary in privileges, including golf, dining, and fitness access. Additional fees may include food minimums, capital assessments, and trail usage charges.
