The Palm Course at Grey Oaks is an 18-hole, par-72 parkland-style layout designed by Clifton, Ezell & Clifton. It measures 6,882 yards with a 74.1 rating and 148 slope. The course features Bermuda grass and delivers pristine, lush playing conditions year-round. Signature holes include water features, rock waterfalls, and island greens that challenge shot precision. Players enjoy a scenic, tropical layout with consistent conditioning and playability.
The Pine Course is a championship par-72 layout also designed by Clifton, Ezell & Clifton. It stretches 7,131 yards with a 75.0 rating and 147 slope. Bermuda grass fairways and greens are fast, firm, and meticulously maintained. Elevated tees, bold bunkering, and water hazards define many signature holes. It’s regarded as one of the most challenging private courses in Florida.
The Estuary Course is a par-72 course designed by Tim Liddy and opened in 2002. It measures 6,680 yards with a 73.3 rating and 145 slope. Lush Bermuda grass, dense forest, and numerous lakes define this strategic layout. Signature holes include a long par-5 11th and a narrow par-4 3rd requiring accuracy. Grey Oaks Greens Fees and Membership Costs
The daily guest green fee ranges from about $65 off-season to $130 peak. Cart rentals cost $28 per 18 holes. Members pay annual trail or cart pass fees ranging from $1,750 to $3,500. Golf membership requires a one-time initiation fee around $300,000. Annual golf dues run about $24,335.
