Imperial Golf Club features two private 18-hole courses: the East Course by Arthur Hills and West Course by Ward Northrup. Course conditions are consistently praised for fast greens, smooth fairways, and well-maintained bunkers. The East Course plays 6,802 yards, par 72, slope 135, rating 73.3 from the back tees. It has 50 bunkers, 10 water holes, and a signature par-3 8th over water.
The West Course plays 6,633 yards, par 72, slope 131, rating 72.2 from the back tees. It features 48 bunkers and 9 water holes, with strategic doglegs and narrow approaches. Imperial Golf Greens Fees and Membership Costs
Imperial guests pay $90 greens fee November through April. Cart fee is $22 per round. Walking rate is $11. From May through October greens fee drops to $45.
Cart is included in offseason walking fee.
Full golf equity membership requires $12,000 joining fee. Annual dues are $7,530 (families) or $7,250 (singles). Quarterly capital fee is $255. Food and beverage minimum is $1,000 for families ($500 for singles). There’s also a one‑time $250 administrative application fee.
