Jacob Bridgeman
Jacob Bridgeman turned professional in 2022 after a standout collegiate career at Clemson, where he tied for most wins in school history. Growing up in Inman, South Carolina, he took lessons from former PGA Tour member Tommy Biershenk. He earned his PGA Tour card in 2023 after finishing 14th on the Korn Ferry Tour points list. As of 2025, he’s made impressive strides with top finishes at the Cognizant Classic and Valspar Championship.
Jacob was raised by his parents, Tim Bridgeman and Angie Bailey, in Inman and has a sister named Alice. His mother was a math teacher held in high regard for supporting his development in both academics and golf. He proposed to his longtime partner, Haley Farmer, in December 2024; she also attended Clemson and they met in high school. They are now engaged and planning their future together.
Jacob Bridgeman’s best performance at the Honda Classic/Cognizant Classic came in the 2025 tournament (renamed Cognizant Classic, formerly Honda Classic), where he finished tied for 2nd place at -17 under par at PGA National Resort & Spa (Champion Course). It was one of the best results of his PGA Tour career and marked a career-high finish at that event.

Jacob Bridgeman recorded a tie for 2nd at the 2025 Cognizant Classic with a stellar score of −17. He followed that with a solo 3rd at the Valspar Championship, demonstrating consistent contention. In mid-May at the Truist Championship, he finished in a share of 4th with hot putting play. He also notched a top-5 at the John Deere Classic with steady all-around performance.
Beyond those highlights, Bridgeman logged a T17 at the FedEx St. Jude Championship after final-round scoring of 69. He tied for 19th at the BMW Championship, maintaining form during the FedExCup playoff stretch. He managed a T38 at the Wyndham Championship, showing resilience following earlier missed cuts and upswing. His 2025 campaign features four top-5s alongside several missed cuts and steady playoff presence.
